During this month (Ramadan), Helping Hand for Relief & Development, Regional Office in Jordan have made a celebration ceremony for the sisters who received training sewing course in Skills Development Center (SDC) and benefited from the grant of sister Suzanne Itani.
Ceremony was started by recitation of some Quran Ayat. Brother Yaser Al-Khouly, Regional Director made a speech in which he welcomed the all participants in the event. He addressed the sisters and talked about the value of job for the needy and refugee women and the importance of learning a useful profession.
A trainee sister made a speech in which she expressed her thanks and gratitude for HHRD Jordan and all the staff members. She also extended on behalf of all beneficiary sisters Special thanks and appreciation to the Generous American Sister Suzanne Itani who made her donation for Skills Development Center in Jordan to benefit the needy and Syrian refugees women in Jordan, this nice country who embraces the refugees from different countries especially Syria and offer them assistance and support.
After that, memorial pictures were taken, certificates were distributed. Each sister is given a gift which is a professional industrial sewing machine delivered and installed in her home. It is to be noted that the number of beneficiaries is 20 Sisters.
